What you will do in this role:
As a Head of Office & Retail Department , you will be a point of reference for the market and will lead a highly qualified team towards new goals.
The main challenges you will face:
- Define and implement the strategy for the Office & Retail department, identifying new opportunities and consolidating WCG's position in the market.
- Manage and develop the business in Office Letting, Office Capital Market and Retail Capital Market ,
ensuring growth and profitability.
- Coordinate and motivate the team , promoting a results-oriented approach and quality of service.
- Manage strategic relationships with institutional and private investors, family offices, developers, tenant and industry operators, with a focus on institutional and corporate clients.
- Supervise the operations of lease and capital market transactions , ensuring the achievement of company objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and promotional strategies.
- Constantly monitor the real estate market , analyzing trends and opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage.
What we look for in you
