ROCKWOOL Italia is looking for a Key Account Manager – ROCKPANEL to strengthen our presence in the Italian ventilated façade market, ensure alignment across sales, marketing, technical and market execution and accelerate profitable growth.

Location : Italy (with regular travel within Italy+ occasional international)

What You Will Be Doing
You will act as a strategic link between ROCKPANEL and the local organization, ensuring strong alignment across sales, marketing and technical topics while developing the market and building long-term customer partnerships.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Key stakeholder management:
build strong relationships with installers, façade specialists, manufacturers, cutting hubs/centers, strategic partners and professional users to support long-term growth.
- Business & market development: identify and develop new opportunities (e.g., installers, developers, OEM/partners), grow existing accounts, and expand ROCKPANEL’s visibility and specification in the construction and ventilated façade segment.
- Cross-functional execution: coordinate with Business Development, Technical, Product Management, Marketing & Communication, Sales Support and Supply Chain to ensure market fit, clear positioning, and excellent project delivery.
- Supplier & supply chain interface: manage relationships with key component manufacturers and oversee panel cutting centers/hubs to support operational efficiency and timely deliveries.
