You translate HR challenges into smart digital solutions and explore how emerging technologies, including AI, can contribute to more efficient and future-proof HR processes. Make it happen
As an HR Tech Product Owner, you are responsible for multiple HR technology solutions across BAM. Rather than owning a single product, you work across several HR domains and initiatives simultaneously. You understand stakeholder needs, develop a clear product vision and ensure the right solutions are delivered.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, IT and the business to understand their needs, priorities and challenges;
- Translate business needs into a clear product vision, roadmap and improvement initiatives;
- Explore how AI and other emerging technologies can contribute to more efficient HR processes;
- Manage, prioritize and optimize the product backlog based on value, impact, cost and timing;
- Work closely with developers, Scrum Masters and fellow Product Owners within an Agile environment;
- Balance competing interests, identify risks and dependencies, and create support for change across the organization;
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria to enable development teams to deliver effectively;
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews and ensure delivered functionality is validated and meets expectations;
- Monitor developments in HR Technology and translate market trends into improvement opportunities for BAM;
- Track progress and keep stakeholders informed about results, opportunities and challenges.
