Job Purpose

Manage and ensure the implementation of IT governance frameworks and policies, oversee audits, address compliance issues, and promote a culture of governance and compliance within the organization

Position Accountability Description

Strategic Leadership:
1. Create and lead the execution of strategic plans for IT governance and quality initiatives, aligning with the organization’s overall objectives to enhance IT infrastructure reliability, compliance, and operational efficiency.
2. Oversee daily IT governance and quality operations by supervising team activities, resolving issues related to IT policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to governance frameworks to maintain smooth and effective departmental functioning.
3. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT governance and quality to measure the effectiveness of governance practices, compliance with standards, and overall IT service quality, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.

Operational Excellence:

Design and implement a robust IT governance framework that aligns with organizational strategies and ensures effective management of IT resources and processes.
2. Establish and lead the adoption of quality standards and best practices across IT operations to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
3. Ensure that IT governance and quality initiatives are integrated with business objectives and support the organization's long-term goals.
4. Oversee the implementation of IT governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational requirements.
5. Develop and manage quality assurance processes to monitor, evaluate, and improve IT service delivery and project outcomes.
6. Identify and manage risks related to IT governance and quality, implementing mitigation strategies to address potential issues and ensure stability.
