What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Italian Account Management team. We are a passionate, dynamic group focused on offering premium consultancy to our top brands by collaborating across marketing, operations, and product departments.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Oversee a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting partnerships and acting as a primary point of contact for the network in your region.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse portfolio performance metrics, sharing data‑led insights with partners to identify growth opportunities and improve satisfaction.
- Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to align with company goals,



improving financial performance and our Consumer Value Proposition (CVP).
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute portfolio strategies to increase market share and loyalty, impacting both absolute performance and relative financial metrics.
- P&L; Oversight: Manage and control the perimeter P&L;, identifying potential financial risks and unlocking new revenue opportunities.

What You’ll Need to Thrive
- Commercial Experience: Significant experience in account management or sales (typically 3+ years), with a proven ability to build long‑term professional relationships.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L; management and the ability to apply financial data to commercial decision‑making.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and secure favourable terms that support business growth and supply quality.
- Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Horeca, rest
