MISSION
Manifattura Berluti is looking for a T&M; and Continuous Improvement Engineer to support the optimization of production and logistics processes. The resource, reporting to the T&M; and Continuous Improvement Manager, will actively contribute to the definition of standards, time and motion analysis, and the management of continuous improvement projects in a dynamic environment.
ACTIVITIES
- Active participation in continuous improvement projects based on Lean methodologies.
- Support for the development of digital tools for data analysis and KPI monitoring (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps).
- Execution of time studies and definition of standard production times.
- Preparation of standard work and operational instructions for production departments.
- Definition and entry of standard production cycles in SAP.
- Support for the management of master data, bills of material, and cycles in SAP.
- Collaboration in the analysis and optimization of layouts and production flows.
PROFILE
Degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Computer Science) or in technical-scientific disciplines. At least 2 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., internship, junior position) in Time & Motion, Industrialization, or Continuous Improvement, preferably in manufacturing contexts. Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement tools. Basic competence in time and motion analysis. Good kn
