Your Role
We are looking for an Operations Quality Specialist with a specialization in Electronics to support the problem‑solving process for manufacturing process related issues.
You will be the transversal reference for all electronic quality topics within our manufacturing operations.
Your Impact

- Lead the problem‑solving process for electronic and software issues in assembly line.
- Lead the failure analysis on electronic boards and components returned from the field or failing during production, identifying the root cause for non‑conformities using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA).
- Develop, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage non‑conformities related to electronic parts, coordinating containment and corrective actions.
- Implement quality standards, procedures, and control systems.
- Conduct internal process audits to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen).
- Work closely with Production, R&D;, and Supply Chain to establish quality benchmarks and resolve issues.
- Ensure that processes and products consistently meet technical specifications and customer expectations.
