and efficient GenAI use across the organisation.* Document operational procedures, respond to incidents, and ensure platform stability.* Drive knowledge sharing through structured learning programmes and help standardise AI content across the org.Awesome to have* Experience building or operating AI Gateways or similar ML infrastructure at scale.* Familiarity with LangSmith or other LLM observability and evaluation platforms.* Background in enablement, developer education, or internal platform evangelism.* Prior experience shaping team practices or contributing to engineering culture at a fast-moving company.
