What You Will Do
As an OST Manager CESI S.p.A., your main responsibilities will include:
Project Execution & Site Operations
- Plan, coordinate and execute OST projects in line with customer requirements, contractual commitments and internal delivery standards.
- Define execution schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress to ensure timely completion and high equipment utilization.
- Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with technical procedures, safety standards and customer expectations.
- Act as the primary operational interface for customers and site teams during project execution.
- Manage unexpected issues and site constraints, ensuring rapid and effective problem-solving to avoid downtime, cost overruns or service disruption.
- Ensure proper mobilization and demobilization of test systems, logistics, documentation and site readiness.
Resource & Asset Management
- Plan and coordinate the deployment of personnel, test systems, vehicles and external service providers, where applicable.
- Optimize asset utilization, reduce idle time and maximize testing productivity across multiple sites.
- Ensure field teams are technically prepared, properly equipped and aligned with project-specific requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance needs and operational availability of testing assets in cooperation with the relevant technical and support functions.
Scheduling, Cost & Performance Control
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, including dependencies, milestones and critical path items.
