ELECTRICAL DESIGNER

CSV Life Science Group, an international engineering company, market leader in the pharmaceutical sector, is looking for an Electrical Designer to join its Engineering team in Milan office.
The resource will be placed on a permanent contract. Grade level and salary will be commensurate with experience. Grade level and salary will be commensurate with experience.

REQUIRED ACTIVITY

We are looking for an Electrical Designer for our Milan office. The resource will join the Engineering team and will be involved in structured projects for major players in the pharmaceutical industry, dealing with the design of electrical systems, including:
- Lighting and power distribution.
- Lighting and emergency lighting.
- Data and telephone networks.
- CCTV and video intercom systems.
- Intruder alarms and fire detection systems.
- TV antennas and public address systems.
- Building automation.

Main activities include:
- Inspections and checks of existing systems.
- Relations with competent authorities.
- Preparation of calculations and economic estimates.




- Support in the selection of suppliers.
- Management and verification of offers.

Activities will include interfacing with customers and suppliers, meeting and coordinating with multi-disciplinary project teams.

REQUIRED CHARACTERISTICS

The ideal candidate:
- Has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in scientific disciplines (Engineering, Chemistry, CTF or related).
- Has a good knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
- Is familiar with the use of Office and AutoCAD software.
- Has excellent organisational, interpersonal and deadline management skills.
- Is available for travel in Italy and abroad.
- Preferably knows and uses 3D modeling software (such as Revit).
