About The Role
We're looking for an account executive to join our team and grow into a core commercial role.
You'll support the management of our B2B client portfolio, working closely with senior team members to build relationships, coordinate deliverables, and ensure clients are getting real value from Hercle's solutions. This is a full‑time, permanent role from day one. We’re not looking for someone to shadow; we’re looking for someone ready to take ownership and learn fast. Up to 2–3 years of experience in a commercial or client‑facing role is the right fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Assist in managing a portfolio of B2B accounts, handling day‑to‑day client requests and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Account Monitoring: Track account health and usage metrics, flagging issues proactively and escalating where needed.
- Internal Coordination: Work cross‑functionally with Operations, Compliance, and Product to resolve client queries and deliver on commitments.
