Discover the Role

The Associate Fund Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate fund accounting records and delivering high-quality financial reporting for assigned client portfolios. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of fund accounting standards,



and commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Accounting & Reporting
- Maintain general ledger and perform daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting for Funds.
- Prepare NAV calculations, investor allocations, and capital account statements.
- Ensure accurate recording of capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest.

Financial Statements & Compliance
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS GAAP.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and client-specific requirements.

Investor Reporting
- Prepare investor reports, capital call notices, and distribution notices.
- Maintain investor records and respond to investor queries in a timely manner.

Regulator Reporting
- Reporting to Bank of Italy, Consob
- CRS / FATCA

Key Requirements

Education:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Economic field is required
