Statkraft has been present in Italy since 2020, with offices in Milan, Genoa, Rome and Bari, as well as employees working remotely from locations across the country. The Land Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing a portfolio of approximately 2.9 GW of land‑secured projects and more than 400 active land agreements, leading one of the largest and most strategically important land management scopes in the Italian renewable energy sector.
You will join the Development Performance & Coordination team, playing a key role in supporting renewable energy projects in Italy. The position has strong strategic relevance, focusing on the most complex,
high‑impact and business‑critical land topics across the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Drive land‑related activities across the full project lifecycle, with a focus on complex and strategic initiatives
- Coordinate acquisition and formalisation of land rights, including easements, notarised deeds and expropriation procedures
- Identify and mitigate legal, operational and documentation risks in critical project phases
- Act as a key reference point for land matters, supporting decision‑making with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support due diligence and project transactions through high‑quality and reliable documentation
- Improve land processes through standardisation, efficiency and stronger governance
- Actively contribute to the development of land strategies and market insights

- Proven experience in land agreements, property rights or real estate law and ability
