Your Qualifications:
Training in the hotel or restaurant industry with proven skills and a passion for the world of hospitality.
Professional experience in the industry, a strong customer-oriented mindset, and a solid understanding of daily operations at an accommodation facility.
Familiarity with common hotel software programs - ideally the PROTEL system and the ability to use them effectively.
Good knowledge of Italian, German, and English to ensure smooth and professional service for our international guests.
Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to handle complex situations calmly and professionally.
Proven communication and interpersonal skills, which are essential for working with customers and colleagues.
Openness to using new technologies and participating in continuing education to enhance your professional skills.
Your Responsibilities:
Processing accommodation requests received via email or phone, and providing competent and courteous service to guests at every stage of the booking process.
Handling various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth running of the office, and supporting the team in their daily work.
Using digital tools such as PROTEL, Quovai, Outlook, and other IT systems required for reservation management and internal communication.
Providing information about internal services (spa, restaurant, activities) and recommendations on local attractions and events.
Collaborating with other departments (Housekeeping, Restaurant, Wellness) to ensure a coordinated and flawless experience for guests.
Handling special requests or complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on finding solutions.
