PRAMAC is looking for a Controller - Accounting, Project Business & Data Center to join its Finance organization and support the continued growth of its international project business, with a particular focus on large-scale Data Center projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial and accounting control of complex, multi-year projects delivered across different PRAMAC entities worldwide. The role will ensure the correct recognition of revenues, costs and margins throughout the entire project lifecycle,
providing accurate financial visibility and supporting both local teams and Group management. This position is particularly suited to candidates with a solid accounting background who want to develop their career in project controlling within a fast-growing, international and highly strategic business area.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the accounting and financial control of complex projects, primarily within the Data Center business.
- Monitor project revenues, costs, margins, cash flow and financial performance throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Ensure the correct recognition of revenues and costs in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Apply and monitor project accounting methodologies, including: percentage-of-completion accounting; cost-to-cost methods; work-in-progress accounting; milestone-based revenue recognition; contract asset and contract liability management.
