About the Role
The successful candidate will join the Material Flow Management Team, operating in a dynamic and international environment focused on the optimization of logistics processes within a state-of-the-art automotive spare parts warehouse.
This role offers the opportunity to actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational performance, implementing innovative solutions, and supporting the digital transformation of warehouse operations.
The candidate will play a key role in defining spare parts allocation strategies, developing advanced KPIs,



and supporting data-driven decision-making processes aimed at increasing warehouse efficiency, productivity, and storage capacity.
Scope
The resource will interface with different warehouse areas and functions, as well as with company departments involved in warehouse and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the most effective spare parts allocation strategies by identifying optimal storage locations based on product movement volumes and physical characteristics.
- Analyze logistics processes and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and warehouse capacity.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with warehouses, business functions, and international stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and execution of activities.
