We are looking for an HSE Manager to join our plant in Merlino & Legnano. Reporting directly to the Italy HSE manager and Plant Director, you will be based in Merlino (LO): You take over the management of Health, Safety, and Environmental protection (HSE) at our site and supervise by persona the Legnano (MI) site for all HSE aspects (availability to travel weekly to the site). Safety is at the center of everything we do, and our “Zero & Beyond” mission aims at building a culture of prevention that integrates safety, health, and well-being, at work and beyond. You will support our organization in realizing and maintaining our ambitious safety vision.

Safety Culture Zero & Beyond: establish and implement actions to comply with the company programs aimed at nurturing an open health and safety culture throughout the entire organization. Drive and ensure execution of actions aimed at improving the maturity level of the company in all roles and areas and be a leading example.
Communication: Effectively communicate with management, employees, and regulatory agencies regarding health, safety, and environmental matters. Enable communication at the site level through the deployment of safety talks, safety alerts, and safety observations.
