Tax Reporting and Entity Compliance Manager
Position purpose:
As Tax Reporting and Entity Compliance Manager you will support the execution of compliance, governance, and reporting activities for JTI's Reduced-Risk Products (RRP) business in Italy, including oversight and governance of approximately €80 million in RRP marketing investment. You will contribute to tax compliance, statutory and corporate reporting, legal entity planning, and internal control activities while helping maintain a strong governance framework aligned with local regulations, JSOX requirements, and global standards. Working closely with Finance, Tax, and external stakeholders, you will contribute to business growth through accurate reporting,



sound tax support, and continuous process improvement.

What will you do - responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Italian tax regulations applicable to the RRP business and provide tax support for business initiatives, contracts and invoicing processes
- Prepare and support tax-related financial reporting, statutory reporting documentation, reconciliations and analyses to ensure reporting accuracy
- Support corporate tax reporting activities, including data collection, validation and reporting for tax and legal entity planning processes
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages while collaborating with Finance and Tax teams to ensure timely submissions
