As such, we are looking to appoint an outstanding Plant Manager who can shape and deliver transformational change within this progressive organisation and lead an exciting change agenda.
Responsibilities
- This is a substantial change management and leadership role where you must be able to lead significant operational activities within a highly commercial environment at a time of major development.
- Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead a highly critical site where there are significant opportunities to maximise including a cultural refresh and a focus on new ways of working.
- As such,
this role will be focused on best practice operational management with an emphasis on output, customer excellence, health & safety, efficiency and lean improvements amongst others.
- You will have full accountability for all operational activities including; plant operations and manufacturing, engineering, technical, QHSE, finance, HR etc. with a significant focus on improved methods and processes in all areas.
- You will define operational policy, lead all operational planning activities and develop a truly measurable continuous improvement culture. You will be expected to lead the organisation towards best in class, in order to meet the company finance performance criteria.
