As we accelerate our commercial transformation across the South Europe cluster (France, Italy, Spain,
Portugal), we are seeking a Demand Acceleration (DX) Senior Analyst to lead and deliver best‑in‑class commercial execution.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial & eCommerce South Europe Cluster, this is a high‑impact role responsible for shaping and executing transformational demand strategies, elevating customer partnerships, delivering best‑in‑class Perfect Store execution standards, and driving sustainable growth across channels – with a strong focus on Specialists, Traditional, and Premium Brick & Mortar channels.
You will play a critical role in embedding data‑driven decision‑making, strengthening customer engagement, and deploying best‑in‑class execution standards across markets.
Based in Padova (Italy), the role operates in a multi‑country, matrix environment, requiring strong autonomy and the ability to define and structure strategies in an evolving organization.
