Your role
We are looking for a Production Manager that is responsible for the end‐to‐end management of a highly complex production area characterized by fast‐paced operations, evolving processes, and a challenging, constantly changing work environment. This role ensures the effective execution of all departmental activities, leading large teams both hierarchically and functionally while maintaining high standards of performance, quality, and safety. The role requires availability to work on shifts and to travel internationally when required.
Main responsibilities
Management of industrial KPIs (HSE, costs, quality, service level)
Management of improvement plans
Organization and optimization of the shift workforce.
