Your Role And Responsibilities
You will support the HR Business Partner in managing key people-related processes and initiatives, contributing to employee engagement and internal communication activities while collaborating with stakeholders across different business functions. The role offers the opportunity to develop a solid understanding of organizational dynamics, HR practices, data analysis, and operational coordination, gaining progressive exposure to the strategic and business-oriented aspects of the HRBP function.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
- Support HR Business Partner activities through data collection, reporting,
organizational updates, and monitoring of key people metrics.
- Support the communication and change management activities related to the company’s transition to the MIND district, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and involved throughout the process.
- Develop relationships within the MIND ecosystem, partnering with external stakeholders and the Employer Branding team to create networking, collaboration, and community engagement opportunities that reinforce the company’s employer value proposition.
- Contribute to the execution of core HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, workforce planning, onboarding, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Support internal communication activities by creating content, preparing communication materials, and coordinating information-sharing initiatives.
