Reporting to theArea Manager, you’ll help lead day‑to‑day community operations, building a strong sense of connection and belonging for residents. You’ll deliver exceptional experiences through customer‑focused service and operational excellence.

In this Role, You’ll
- Deliver an outstanding resident experience, measured through satisfaction surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Oversee day‑to‑day community operations, including presentation standards, occupancy, tenancy and resident engagement
- Lead financial performance through budgeting, planning and management of P&L; outcomes
- Foster a strong sense of community by delivering lifestyle, wellbeing and connection programs
- Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to consistently deliver high‑quality outcomes
