This role plays a critical part in driving forecasting accuracy, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing inventory planning, and enabling cross-functional teams to make informed commercial decisions. The position partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external distributor partners to deliver data-driven recommendations that support business performance and execution. Main Responsibilities: Analyze commercial, market, customer, and channel performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc business reports, dashboards, scorecards,
and presentations Generate actionable insights from sell-in, sell-out, retail audit, POS, and market data sources Monitor competitor activity, category performance, shopper trends, and market dynamics Evaluate promotional and seasonal activations, measuring effectiveness and recommending future actions Translate complex data into clear business stories and recommendations for leadership and commercial teams Support category, channel, and customer planning through insight generation and performance analysis Lead annual volume planning and pre-budget forecasting processes at SKU and monthly levels Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to validate customer plans and align commercial assumptions with business objectives Develop forecasting baselines by SKU and channel, incorporating promotional impacts and market trends Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend corrective actions to improve business performance Assess c
