How you create impact Lead and oversee the daily operations of the import department, ensuring smooth execution of all activities and achievement of service level targets. Manage team performance, workforce planning, resource allocation,



and operational KPIs to drive productivity, service excellence, and continuous improvement. Act as the primary escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders, resolving complex operational issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Operational Care, Customer Care, Revenue Care, Customs, and Transportation partners, to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with airlines, carriers, gateways, and external service providers to secure capacity, optimise transport solutions, and manage supplier performance. Drive operational efficiency and cost optimisation through process improvements, automation tools, consolidation strategies, route planning, and continuous review of transportation solutions.
