We are looking for a Talent acquisition partner to strengthen our ability to attract and hire the right talent across the organization. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager South & Central Europe, you will primarily support recruitment activities in Italy and Greece, while also partnering with hiring managers across other European countries based on business priorities.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, helping managers attract, assess and hire the right talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. You will combine hands‐on recruitment delivery with proactive sourcing, talent pipelining,



market intelligence and employer branding activities to support both current and future hiring needs.
You will thrive in a dynamic, international and matrix organization, collaborating closely with HR, business leaders and Talent Acquisition colleagues across Europe.
Your role Drive high‐quality recruitment delivery: Own and manage end‐to‐end recruitment processes, with a focus on quality, consistency, and a strong candidate experience. Lead hiring for roles where the requirements are complex or the talent market is competitive.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies and drive successful hiring outcomes.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and continuous market mapping.
Use recruitment data, dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
