Delivery Project Manager - Milan at Sungrow Europe We are seeking an experienced Delivery Project Manager to coordinate the execution of PV/ESS projects in Italy, ensuring that supply, logistics, testing, and commissioning activities run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Support coordination of internal resources and external partners/vendors for the execution of PV/ESS projects.
Manage the entire project life cycle from supply chain to commissioning.
Assist in ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Help develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and update project plans together with the senior team.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including handover certification.
Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, third parties/vendors, and Sungrow teams.
Qualifications
~ Educational background in engineering, management, or a related field.
~1–2 years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, or the renewable sector (internship, thesis, or junior role also considered).
~ Good technical curiosity and willingness to learn about the renewable energy market.
~ Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
~ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
~ Fluent in English; Italian mandatory (Spanish or Chinese are a plus).
~ Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
