YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and coordinate HR activities across Alpitronic's European entities, ensuring alignment with business objectives, company culture and global HR standards
Drive the standardization, harmonization and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and procedures across all European locations
Design, implement and oversee local HR structures, guidelines and organizational frameworks in compliance with local labor legislation and company policies
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution and organizational effectiveness
Partner with business leaders to support organizational development, workforce planning, employee engagement and overall people performance
Identify organizational and operational improvement opportunities and implement measures to increase efficiency, scalability and employee experience
Ensure compliance with national labor laws, internal policies and regulatory requirements,
while overseeing accurate and timely payroll execution
Lead HR budgeting, workforce planning and HR controlling activities, providing data-driven insights, KPI reporting and workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making
Ensure the effective utilization and continuous enhancement of HR systems, maintaining high standards of data quality and process efficiency
Drive and support key global HR processes, including performance management, talent management, learning & development, succession planning and retention initiatives
Foster constructive relationships with works councils, labor representatives, external consultants and other relevant stakeholders across Europe
Collaborate closely with global HR teams and other regions to ensure alignment of processes, policies and strategic initiatives
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field
