Key responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities across different industrial sectors
Acquire and manage strategic clients
Build strong, lasting business relationships
Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve growth targets
Identify new applications and opportunities for the product portfolio
Negotiate commercial agreements and supply contracts
Manage and grow a client portfolio autonomously
Coordinate with product, purchasing, operations, and regulatory teams to deliver competitive solutions
Represent the company at visits, trade fairs, and industry events
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the chemical sector
Experience in chemical distribution, manufacturing, or industrial raw materials
Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
Ability to manage complex sales processes
High level of English
Willingness to travel
Especially valued
Experience in detergents, cosmetics, water treatment, lubricants, paints, adhesives, construction, food, or industrial chemicals
Knowledge of chemical raw materials and their applications
Existing network of contacts in the sector
Entrepreneurial profile with excellent negotiation skills
