YOUR IMPACT
As a Client Executive in Italy, you own the full client relationship, revenue, and account success across a portfolio of strategic enterprise organizations in the Banking and Financial Services industry. You act as the single accountable leader, partnering with C-suite stakeholders and orchestrating specialists, partners, and internal teams to deliver long-term value.
You develop trusted executive relationships, shape strategic account plans, and identify transformational opportunities that help clients modernize through AI, cloud, cybersecurity, Information Management, and digital business solutions. By aligning OpenText's full portfolio with your clients' strategic priorities,
you drive sustainable growth, executive engagement, and long-term client success.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Act as the executive account leader for OpenText's most strategic Banking and Financial Services clients in Italy.
Own end-to-end account strategy, revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term account success.
Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and economic buyers.
Lead multi-year account planning aligned with client business priorities and digital transformation initiatives.
Identify and execute strategic growth opportunities across the full OpenText portfolio, including AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Information Management, and Business Networks.
Orchestrate specialists, Solution Executives, Client Success, Professional Services, Partners, and executive sponsors to deliver successful client outcomes.
