We are looking for an exceptional Sales Executive (m/w/d), ready to take on the most challenging but also exciting sales experience of their career.
FULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to client activation.
You will generate new meetings with potential customers using multiple outreach channels.
You will engage with a wide range of people (C‑Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.)
You will lead negotiations with potential clients until go‑live.
You will act as main POC with the client before the handover to Customer Success.
You will forecast revenue and contracts on a monthly basis, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline.
You have an excellent level of English (all the onboarding process is in English) and you are native in Italian.
~ You have strong experience in outbound prospecting, especially cold‑calling.

Previous experience in SAAS Sales / Start‑ups.
Previous experience in high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments.
Contract type: Permanent. Full‑time – 40h/week, from Monday to Friday. Salary: Starting from the 2nd level and above with a salary range from 40K to 45K, in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio). Hybrid: Lavoro da remoto Policy (2 days remotely and 3
