Are you a social native with a passion for strategic content management and managing creative talent? If so, we invite you to join OLIVER, the largest in‐house creative agency, as a Social Media Manager and Creator Manager.
In this role, you will collaborate with our international Strategy, Social, and Creative teams to develop and manage the social media activities of our client's brand whilst leading the recruitment,
briefing, and management of a network of content creators from our Creator Bench. Develop and own the organic social content calendar, planning approximately 16 posts per month
Identify engagement opportunities for organic planning and monitor social feeds for trending topics to amplify brand narratives
Act as the local market lead, ensuring all content is relevant, culturally appropriate, and aligned with the Scottex brand
Monitor social performance and feed insights back to optimise the content approach and future creative direction
Receive and interrogate client briefs, supporting brief development to social teams and other partners
Brief and review all content to ensure it is optimised for platform, audience engagement, and Italian market relevance
Oversee scheduling and publishing of approved content across social channels in line with the content calendar
