Provide timely and accurate business performance reporting, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to local, regional, and functional stakeholders to support effective decision-making. Analyze commercial and financial performance through KPI monitoring, profitability analysis, customer and category performance reviews, and variance analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks. Drive cash flow performance and working capital optimization through effective forecasting, receivables management, inventory oversight, and liquidity planning.
