The Project Finance Specialist – Special Projects is a key member of the EE Projects & OTR Finance team, reporting to a Project Finance Senior Manager. The role supports two strategic projects, combining ownership of project financials with strong analytical execution to drive performance, ensure financial integrity, and support decision‐making.
As Project Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Owning financial management of assigned projects, acting as a key finance partner to Project Managers and cross-functional teams
Driving project performance through margin analysis, cost tracking, and proactive identification of risks and opportunities
Leading closing activities, including revenue recognition, variance analysis, and reporting accuracy
Ensuring balance sheet integrity through reconciliation and timely resolution of project-related items
Providing clear financial insights and reporting for operating rhythms and leadership reviews
Supporting audits, controllership processes, and compliance with internal controls and policies
Contributing to process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Relevant experience in Project Finance, FP&A;, or Co
