CANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS US You graduated with a Master od Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering degree with propulsion discipline or fluid analysis
You are a leader willing to engage and develop your team through the use of collaborative work and challenging approaches
You are responsible and show a great sense of initiative
You are convincing and persuasive
You like to be involved with the customer
You have good communication and relationship skills
COMPETENCIES You are aware of the description of the operational concept




You have a deep knowledge of the field and its technical strategy
You are familiar with operational analysis
You are able to work in co-engineering (Lean Thinking, Obeya...)
You understand the different actors involved in the project and are able to contextualise and change the perspective (political, economic, social, technical, environmental, legal...)
You are familiar with Concept, Design, Experimentation and Simulation tools, as well as modelling tools (such as MBSE)
You are familiar with working with Integration Verification Validation Qualification and Agile methods
LIFE AS A SPACE PROPULSION DESIGNER Define and recommend candidate architectures for the corresponding level (solution or solution element) to satisfy stakeholder expectations according to the standards and re-use policies, the technology roadmap and the business strategy
Establish the solution architecture by making trade-offs between stakeholder expe
