We are looking for a Product Performance Engineer in our plant in San Giovanni Valdarno. Your Responsibilities Analyze the performance of the global installed base of charging solutions and communicate insights to customers and internal stakeholders Lead structured problem solving using 8 D / 5‐Why, collaborating across functions to identify root causes and define hardware and software containment, corrective and preventive actions Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, enhanced testing strategies, and increased product quality and reliability Support global development projects by ensuring adherence to quality standards, best practices, and effective risk‐mitigation actions Coach and support project teams in customer issue resolution and quality risk assessment, contributing from early product development stages to standards review, deviation assessment, lesson‐learned implementation,



and failure prediction initiatives Your Background Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or Computer Science Engineering Good written and spoken English, with a collaborative, solution‐focused mindset Interest or experience in programming (C, C++, Python, SQL) 2+ years of experience in engineering, R&D;, service, or quality roles in electronic or electrical environments (automotive is a plus) Knowledge or interest in power electronics, digital hardware, circuit theory, and laboratory measurement instruments Availability for occasional international travel (approximately 5%) Develop and deliver containment actions within 48 hours of quality issue identification What's in it for you?
