The RoleReady to embark on a new adventure? At Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services, you'll join a high-performing infrastructure and cloud platform team, contributing to the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise-grade container platforms based on Red Hat OpenShift. The role targets a professional with a solid and progressive career path in Linux / Cloud / Container platforms, who can operate with increasing autonomy and contribute to both operations and platform evolution initiatives.
You will act as a key interface across Delivery, Engineering,



and Consulting teams, ensuring platform stability while enabling innovation and business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms in hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security compliance
- Support platform evolution initiatives
- Contribute to CI/CD, GitOps, and DevOps practices
- Troubleshoot complex incidents and act as escalation point
- Collaborate with Architects and Consult Partner
- Drive continuous optimization
- Support governance and service improvementWho You Are
- 3+ years of experience in Linux and enterprise environments
- Proven OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters experience in managing production environments
- Experience in complex enterprise environments
- Ability to work with autonomy and ownership
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform or ArgoCD
- Collabor
