Job Purpose and ImpactAt Provimi, a Cargill brand, we are reshaping the future of poultry and swine production in Italy by partnering with the country's leading integrators and producers. As part of Cargill's global animal nutrition and health business, Provimi operates at the intersection of science, innovation, and on‐farm performance. The Italian market is evolving rapidly, with integrators seeking advanced, science‐driven solutions to improve performance, efficiency, and sustainability. This is a highly strategic industry role where you will influence key decisions, shape nutritional programs, and help develop the next generation of feed additive‐based performance strategies. You will work closely with the Italian commercial organization and serve as a trusted advisor to Italy's top monogastric producers.

Location:
While we prefer someone in Bologna or Northern/Central Italy, we are open to other locations as the role offers significant autonomy to manage your territory, travel, and strategic planning using the company car.
Key AccountabilitiesYou will lead the commercial partnership with major Italian integrators by developing and executing long-term partnership plans with them.
Understanding customer goals (performance, cost optimization, sustainability) and matching them with the right solutions.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and emerging nutritional technologies. Contribute to account development & innovation by:
Identifying new business areas, technical challenges, and innovation opportunities.
Positioning Provimi's specialty add
