Summary

We are looking for a Digital Business Manager to drive ESET’s digital business
in Italy. In this role, you will own the performance of our online sales
channel, with responsibility for digital revenue, customer acquisition, and
lifecycle marketing.

Job description

You will work closely with our office in Milan while being supported by ESET's
global network of digital specialists and experts based at our headquarters in
Bratislava. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals
across digital advertising, CRM, marketing automation, UX, analytics,
e-commerce, and customer lifecycle management while gradually expanding your
responsibilities and business ownership.

This role is a maternity leave cover and offers excellent opportunities for

Role Overview

As Digital Business Manager, you will play be responsible for growing ESET's
online business in Italy.



This includes revenue generated through e-Store
platform, strategic budget and campaign planning, business management, campaign
execution, and requires a strong cross-functional cooperation with colleagues
from local sales, marketing, customer care & global digital marketing
specialists.
