Imagine being the first person to bring real-time production data and manufacturing intelligence to Italian manufacturers — building the market from the ground up, not stepping into one already running.

This is a rare opportunity: the chance to be Factbird's founding Account Manager in Italy, opening a brand-new market for us and shaping how manufacturers across the country think about production data, from the very first conversation you have.

The Role
As our first Account Manager in Italy, you won't be growing an existing book of business — you'll be creating one. This is true market-building: identifying who to talk to, opening doors that have never been opened, and laying the foundation for everything Factbird becomes in Italy. This includes:

Identifying, opening, and nurturing new customer relationships from scratch, in a market where Factbird is not yet known

Building a strong and healthy sales pipeline of net new opportunities from zero

Understanding operational challenges within manufacturing environments

Guiding prospects from first conversation to signed, long-term partnership

You will be the driving force behind our entry into Italy — the person whose work defines how Factbird is perceived and whether we succeed in this market. It is for someone who gets real energy from building something new, who thrives on prospecting and winning trust with manufacturers with no existing brand recognition to lean on, who is genuinely comfortable selling software solutions such as Manufacturing Intelligence, MES, or MOM platforms into complex industrial environments, and who doesn't think twice about being on the road to make that happen.

You'll be part of our Central European team, reporting to the Sales Director for the CEM region, collaborating closely with colleagues across the wider Central Europe footprint while owning and building your accounts across Italy as our first local presence there.
