Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Event supervisor to join our wonderful team on a temporary contract, covering a maternity leave.
This is an exceptional opportunity to create unforgettable experiences for our discerning guests.You will have the key missions below:
- Supervise the daily work of the Event Specialist, providing guidance and operational support to ensure effective coordination and execution of events.
- Oversee the planning and operational execution of group bookings and events, including meetings, conferences, and social events, ensuring consistency and service quality.
- Follow the full lifecycle of events sold by the department, from initial qualification and planning through on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
- Conduct qualification calls and site inspections for events, gathering and validating client requirements to support accurate planning and execution.
- Act as a key operational point of contact for internal departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the event planning and delivery process.
