Zenso is an AI-native fintech building the fastest, clearest way for people in Italy to get a personal loan — matched to their actual profile, not to whoever pays the most for the lead. Our strategic banking partners include Deutsche Bank, BNL BNP Paribas, Findomestic, Compass and Younited.
Our why
The personal loans market isn't just inefficient — it's structurally dysfunctional on both sides. People have little clarity on what they can actually get, and lenders struggle to reach the consumers they actually want.
We're solving an information asymmetry problem with technology, product design and real domain expertise.
Your main goal
Zenso is at the point where the product has proven itself and the constraint moves to operations. We're preparing the ground to scale on both efficiency and growth, and we need someone to own that ground. As Head of Operations, your mandate is to turn the value we create for thousands of users and our partner banks into value the company captures — by owning the process machinery end to end,
building it where it's missing and optimizing it where it already runs. Your mantras are: "conversion rate", "bottlenecks" and "root causes".
Who you are
Beyond being highly driven and energetic, you will need a rare mix of three skills:
Helicopter view, hands-on: You connect the granular to the strategic — you understand what a single stuck application says about the funnel — and you're equally willing to go and fix it yourself.
Problem-solving under ambiguity: When something breaks, you decide quickly whether it deserves a "quick and dirty" fix or a structured, automated process — weighing your own priorities against those of the team, our partner banks, our users, and whatever the CEO has just sent your way.
Do it, learn, automate it: You're comfortable building solutions that don't scale in order to learn whether they work, and you scale what works by automating it.
