Rresponsibilities
Serve as Binance's global product legal lead, providing regulatory and legal guidance across the full product lifecycle — from ideation through launch to ongoing operations
Advise product teams on regulatory implications of new features, product enhancements, and market expansions across jurisdictions
Lead the assessment and mitigation of regulatory risks across Binance's product suite,
including spot and derivatives trading, payments, digital assets, and emerging verticals
Partner directly with product managers, engineers, compliance, risk, and BD to embed legal and regulatory considerations into product development processes
Build and maintain scalable product compliance frameworks and controls that support growth across diverse regulatory environments
Act as a key decision-maker in product governance forums, balancing regulatory compliance with business objectives and user needs
Lead engagement with regulators and external counsel on product-related matters across multiple jurisdictions
Stay ahead of global regulatory developments and translate them into actionable guidance for product and business teams
Conduct cross-functional workshops and training to elevate regulatory awareness across the organization
