Assess and benchmark customer contacts; grow a portfolio of strategic clients and prospects
Negotiate important commercial and contractual conditions
Promote all Group service offerings and maintain lasting customer relationships
Participate in sourcing and selection processes; build proactive candidate pipelines
Collaborate with recruiters and HR to align talent with client needs
Develop and monitor long-term business plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
Manage profit & loss for the profit center, including investments, overheads, invoicing, and resource billability
At least 1 year of experience in the Aerospace sector
Strong listening and communication skills; proactive and autonomous personality
Ability to manage priorities and work as part of a team
Good command of English (B2 level)
Experience in talent sourcing and client relationship management
Knowledge of financial tracking and P&L; concepts
