In this role you will align and optimize LodgeLink's sales, marketing, and customer success processes to boost efficiency and revenue. You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage data, tools, and workflows across the organization, supporting revenue operations and data-driven decision-making. You'll transform large datasets into actionable insights, optimize the sales tech stack, and drive process improvements that scale with growth. This is a hands-on, collaborative role at the intersection of data, systems, and business impact.

Resolve operational issues and support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Executive leadership
Manage and consolidate large data sets with data integrity across systems; create compelling data visualizations
Configure and optimize LodgeLink's sales tech stack (Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Regie.ai)
Identify and implement workflow improvements for efficiency
Manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery and outcomes
Create and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs and growth opportunities
Foster cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
1-3 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Business Analytics, MIS, or related analytical role
Hands-on Salesforce administration including data analysis, reports/dashboards, data integrity, and day-to-day admin
Advanced Microsoft Excel with large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data validation, and reporting
Experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) and sales tech (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Gong, Regie.ai) is a plus
Bachelor in Business, Marketing, MIS or Operations
