Senior Trade Show & Event Management Specialist In this role you orchestrate the events strategy and lead the Events Team to deliver impactful trade shows. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to align logistics, budgets, and materials with business objectives, shaping the company's brand engagement across international contexts. You'll analyze performance and drive improvements, ensuring effective vendor partnerships and on-site execution. This is a chance to influence event outcomes at scale within a multinational, growth-focused environment.

Act as Team Leader, coordinating the Events Team
Design a comprehensive events plan to support Sales and Business objectives
Lead coordination of end-to-end event logistics
Oversee vendor relations and negotiate service agreements
Manage all on-site event execution activities




Analyze and report on event metrics and feedback
Assist in design and production of event materials
Develop and manage event budgets for cost-effectiveness
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with event objectives
Advanced Project Management
At least 5 years of experience
Strategic Planning
Data Analysis
Communication Skills (briefing/debriefing)
Creative Collaboration with creative and digital teams
Budget Oversight
Coordination with the Spanish Event Team on a daily basis
