Qualifications * Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments. * Knowledge of key commerce KPIs. * Empathy and dynamism. * Results‐oriented mindset. * Aptitude for teamwork. * Willingness to value uniqueness & differences.
