What you will do The role requires 6 to 10 years of experience in renewable energy project management, with proven exposure to wind, solar and BESS projects, preferably at utility scale. The candidate should have hands‐on experience across the project lifecycle, from permitting and grid connection to construction, COD and handover to Operations, with strong exposure to planning, budget control, risk management and cross‐functional coordination in the Italian renewable energy sector. Manage renewable energy projects across the full lifecycle, from permitting and grid connection to construction, COD and handover to Operations,
ensuring delivery on time and within budget.Lead cross‐functional coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment on milestones, budget, risks and delivery priorities. Oversee the grid connection process, coordinating with TSOs/DSOs and monitoring technical requirements, timelines, dependencies and risks. Monitor project schedule, costs, critical path and key risks, proactively defining mitigation and corrective actions to protect time and budget targets. Support project governance, budget updates, investment decisions and readiness for construction start and COD, ensuring project assumptions remain consistent with delivery commitments.
