Accountabilities
As the Director of Mobile Games User Acquisition, you will lead paid growth initiatives, manage acquisition investments, and develop strategies that maximize profitability across mobile gaming products. You will combine analytical expertise, team leadership, and creative collaboration to build efficient acquisition systems.
- Own the user acquisition strategy and performance marketing roadmap for the flagship mobile game and broader application portfolio.
- Manage the UA budget and P&L; responsibilities, scaling acquisition volume while maintaining strong ROAS performance across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.
- Define and execute channel strategies across Meta Ads, Google UAC, and additional acquisition platforms.
