You'll join our Technology Innovation Department within the F&HC;, where, together with your tutor, you will contribute to product and process innovation.
What You’ll Be Empowered To Do
- Support your tutor in conducting technical tests on products, materials, packaging, and manufacturing processes.
- Develop skills in collecting, analyze, and interpreting technical data to generate insights that support innovation.
- Collaborate with the team on research, experimentation, and process optimization activities.
- Develop skills to arrange technical documentation, reports, and project summaries, effectively communicating results and project progress.
- Build strong collaboration and communication skills by working with professionals across different business functions, including Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Procurement, and Supply Chain

Your technical playground
- Technical High School Diploma (Mechanical, Chemistry, Mechatronic…) or a Bachelor's degree in a STEM
- Good English knowledge (Level B1 or above)
- Ability to read technical documentations and layouts
- Good knowledge of MS Office, AI tools
